My first camera, oh what a memory! I was 13. It may not have been anything to write home about, but it was the tool that kickstarted my journey into developing my own artistic style. I can still recall having to manually wind the film and peering through the tiny viewfinder, which made me see the world in a whole new light- as if I was constantly framing shots in my mind. Every little detail around me suddenly held the promise of being captured in my next photograph. It was a transformative experience that made me appreciate the beauty in the mundane and taught me to always be on the lookout for that perfect moment to freeze in time. My first camera may have been humble, but it laid the foundation for my passion for photography. In fact over time, it's naturally become an integral part of my painting process. Nowadays, I'm not only instinctively searching for that next photo, but I'm also eagerly searching for inspiration for my next painting.

Gorgeous photos! so many of them could be transformed into beautiful paintings. You are not only a very talented artist, but you also have the gift of a discriminating eye that turns the ordinary into the extraordinary. You clearly enjoy what you do and that also makes you the artist you are.
